How to copy or duplicate a Purchase Order in Heartland Retail

Creating the same (or a very similar) PO for multiple stores? You have the ability to duplicate a PO within Heartland Retail.

Once you create the initial PO you will see a list of options on the right side of the page. Select "Duplicate."

You will be given the option to provide a PO # (or leave it blank and it will be auto-assigned) and set the new "Receive at location."

Click "Save and go" and you will be brought to the new PO where you can make the necessary edits.
